Refund Policy


We have a 7-day Return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request for a Return if you face any issue regarding the quality or fit of the product. A credit note will be issued for same and can be used on any of the products available on the website.

For the customized products, we have a 7-day exchange policy. You can exchange with a different size or get the product rectified according to your specifications. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at megasa.llp@gmail.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you an exchange shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Orders placed on customisation request are non-returnable items. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds

Customised items are not refundable.

In case of an exchange, the customers is supposed to ship back the products on our registered address. Once the product is received and is approved on QC, a store credit will be issued in the name of the customer which can be used on any future order. The store credit will be issued in 3-7 working days. 
We believe in customer satisfaction so to make sure of that we customise every piece of clothing to give a perfect fit for everyone due to which refunds are not acceptable. 

Shipping cost will be deducted from the refunds.
